A car crashed into a home in unincorporated Athens Village Tuesday at the end of a short chase, and two people were taken into custody, authorities said.
The house was occupied but no one was hurt in the crash, which occurred around midnight near East 121st and Main streets, said Sgt. Gene Takashima of the Sheriff’s Century Station. Two people were taken into custody at the scene, he said.
Takashima didn’t immediately report what the suspects in the sedan were wanted for, nor would he confirm reports that there were other suspects in the vehicle.
