
A driver who critically injured a 50-year-old man in a hit-and-run crash in east Hollywood remained at large Wednesday.
The collision was reported around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Ardmore Avenue and Santa Monica Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Police Department’s West Traffic Division.
The pedestrian was crossing Santa Monica Boulevard, headed north, when he was struck by an eastbound vehicle, according to police. The victim’s name was not released.
The driver, believed to be a male, was behind the wheel of a dark-colored Ford, possibly an F-150 pickup truck, police said.
