Authorities Tuesday sought the public’s help in locating a 15-year-old girl who went missing in San Fernando more than a month ago.
Katherine Lizzette Solorio was last seen about 1 p.m. on Jan. 16, according to Los Angeles police, who said she may have been headed to Los Angeles International Airport that day, “possibly looking for a flight to Las Vegas or Boston.”
“Katherine has been seen in the city of Pacoima,” according to an LAPD statement.
She is Hispanic, 5 feet 7 inches tall and around 170-180 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
Anyone who has seen the teen or has information regarding her whereabouts is urged to call the watch commander of the LAPD’s Foothill Station at (818) 756-8891. After-hours and weekend calls should be directed to (877) LAPD-24-7.
Anonymous tips can be submitted through Crime Stoppers by calling (800) 222-TIPS.
