A man and woman were wounded Tuesday afternoon in a shooting in South Los Angeles, and a suspect was quickly taken into custody.
The shooting was reported about 1:45 p.m. in the 2600 block of Normandie Avenue in the Adams-Normandie area, according Los Angeles police Officer Sal Ramirez.
Both victims were taken to a hospital, but their conditions were not immediately available, nor were details about the suspect and what led up to the shooting, Ramirez said.
Buses were being rerouted around the area, according to Metro.
