Two people were seriously injured in a crash that came at the end of a 20-minute chase in Paramount.
The crash was reported at 9:23 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Orange Avenue and Somerset Boulevard, according to Los Angeles County Fire Department Dispatch Supervisor Michael Pittman.
Los Angeles County Sheriff‘s deputies were chasing a reckless driver when the suspect vehicle collided into another car at that intersection, authorities said, resulting in the arrest of two people.
Two people were taken to trauma centers from the scene, Pittman said.
It wasn’t immediately clear if the injured parties were also the suspects.
