Two armed males robbed a Huntington Beach doughnut shop early Thursday, police said.
The robbery was reported at 12:32 a.m. at Golden Boy Donuts at 17671 Beach Blvd., said Huntington Beach Police Lt. Mitchell O’Brien. The two males entered the shop and “robbed the poor guy just trying to make doughnuts,” O’Brien said.
The men, whose faces were covered, took off with an undisclosed amount of cash, the lieutenant said.
No one was hurt in the robbery, he said.
