Police Monday hunted the parking lot killer who shot two victims during a violent argument in Koreatown.

“An altercation occurred in a parking lot,” Lt. Hamed Mohamadi of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Olympic Station said.

Both victims were hospitalized after the shooting. One was pronounced dead and the other had stable vital signs, he said.

Detectives were collecting evidence at the crime scene and looking for leads to the suspect, Mohamadi said.

The deadly encounter was reported at 8:15 p.m. Sunday at 401 South Vermont Ave., according to Mohamadi.

There was no word of any possible motive nor what may have sparked the argument.
