An 80-year-old woman who suffers from dementia went missing Tuesday in Norwalk.
Maria Consuelo Garcia was last seen about 12:30 p.m. gardening at her home on Bombardier Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Garcia is Hispanic, 5-feet tall, 115 pounds with straight gray hair and brown eyes. She was wearing a black-and-white scarf, black-and-white shirt, tan pants and floral shoes when last seen.
Garcia is known to wander around her neighborhood, but usually returns home.
Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts was urged to contact the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Missing Persons Detail at (323) 890-5500.
