A 15-year-old boy and a man in his mid- to late-20s were wounded Monday evening in a possibly gang-related shooting in Hollywood.

The victims were wounded about 8:10 p.m. at the corner of Van Ness and Lemon Grove avenues, according to Officer Mike Lopez of the Los Angeles Police Department‘s Media Relations Section.

The teen was struck in an arm and the man was hit in the stomach, according to Lopez, who said both victims were taken to a hospital.

No suspect information was immediately available.

The shooting was being investigated as possibly gang related, Lopez said without elaborating.
