One man was killed and two other men were wounded in a shooting in Compton, authorities said Thursday.
The triple shooting was reported at 9:58 p.m. Wednesday in the 2100 block of West Compton Boulevard, near Central Avenue, according to Deputy Trina Schrader of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
The three victims were taken to hospitals where one of them was pronounced dead, Schrader said. The surviving victims were listed in critical condition, she added.
A description of the shooter was not immediately available.
