Seven people were injured Wednesday when a compact SUV collided with a Metro bus in downtown Los Angeles.
The crash was reported at 12:51 a.m. at 958 S. Broadway, said Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The collision caused the bus, with six people aboard, including the driver, to strike a street light, causing it to topple, before it came to rest on a sidewalk, he said.
None of the patients’ injuries were considered life-threatening, Humphrey said. Two patients, including the SUV driver were in serious condition while the others were in fair condition, he said.
