One person was killed Friday in a crash on the westbound Ronald Reagan (118) Freeway near Porter Ranch.
The crash was reported at 2:12 a.m. on the Topanga Canyon Boulevard on- ramp, said California Highway Patrol Officer Tony Polizzi.
One person was declared dead at the scene, Polizzi said. He did not have details about the crash.
The on-ramp is expected to be closed until 5 a.m.
