A man was fatally shot Wednesday in Pomona, and his killer remained at large, authorities said.
The man, in his late 20s or early 30s, was wounded at 9:10 a.m. near Towne Avenue and the San Bernardino (10) Freeway and died at a hospital, the Pomona Police Department reported. His name was withheld, pending notification of his relatives.
No description was released of a suspect, but a dark-colored vehicle was seen speeding from the area, police said.
