Authorities Friday identified a Long Beach man who was fatally shot in Carson.
The shooting was reported about 6 a.m. Oct. 6 in the 23500 Block of Panama Avenue, the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported.
Franklin Atoigue, 46, died at a hospital, the coroner’s office reported.
