A greater alarm fire damaged a chain sports bar and restaurant Tuesday morning in Northridge but no one was injured.
The blaze was reported at 1:32 a.m. at the Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery at 19626 W. Nordhoff St., said Amy Bastman of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery is a small chain company that features sexy servers in Scottish-type dress.
Responding firefighters saw flames through the roof of the one-story restaurant. Eighty firefighters knocked the flames down in 29 minutes, Bastman said.
The cause of the fire was under investigation and the loss was being tabulated.
