A big rig overturned Friday in Cerritos, prompting the closure of the transition road from the eastbound Artesia (91) Freeway to the northbound San Gabriel River (605) Freeway.
The crash was reported about 10:15 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol, which issued a Sigalert and advised motorists that the closure was expected to last three hours.
No injuries were immediately reported. Crews were sent to clear the scene.
