Police Friday said they have arrested two men and a teenager in connection with a residential burglary in which the suspects wore Ronald Reagan masks.
Officers dispatched to the 300 block of Kenwood Street about 9 a.m. Monday regarding two men wearing masks and climbing onto the first floor of an apartment balcony reported that a witness saw the two suspects leave an apartment and run to an awaiting white, four-door 2018 Mercedes-Benz C300 with no license plates, said Burbank police Sgt. Dan Suttles.
An officer responding to the scene located the car at Glendale Boulevard and Lexington Drive, driven by a 17-year-old boy with two passengers, Gagik Sarkijan, 20, and Narek Martirosyan, 18, Suttles said.
All three people were detained and officers found two Ronald Reagan masks, a replica firearm as well as jewelry and credits belonging to the victim, he said.
Sarkijan and Martirosyan were arrested on suspicion of burglary. The teenager was transported to Eastlake Juvenile Hall in Los Angeles and arrested on suspicion of burglary. All three suspects were Glendale residents, he said.
Glendale police asked anyone with information regarding the burglary to call them at (818) 548-4911.
