A motorist killed in a high-speed rollover wreck on Interstate 15 in Norco was identified Tuesday as a 33-year-old Corona resident.
Robin Tanner died shortly before 7 p.m. Monday when his 2009 Chevrolet sedan overturned in the median of I-15, just south of Hidden Valley Parkway.

Tanner was headed northbound in excess of the speed limit when his car “traveled across the center median and collided with the center divider wall,” according to California Highway Patrol Officer Dan Olivas.
“The vehicle subsequently overturned and came to rest on its roof, within the center median.” he said.
No other vehicles were involved.
Riverside County Fire Department paramedics arrived a few minutes later and pronounced Tanner dead at the scene.
There was no word from authorities about the possible use of drugs or alcohol, nor if the driver had been wearing a seat belt.
