A woman was injured Wednesday when a wheel came off a car and crashed through the windshield of her vehicle on the southbound Harbor (110) Freeway near downtown Los Angeles.
The crash occurred about 6:20 a.m. near Adams Boulevard, the California Highway Patrol reported.
Paramedics treated the woman for facial cuts. The circumstances of the crash were under investigation.
