Firefighters in Glassell Park doused a fire inside a church extensively damaged in July 2015 by a vegetation fire, a Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman said Sunday.
Firefighters dispatched at about 11:10 p.m. Saturday to the 3800 block of North Fletcher Drive extinguished the blaze within 20 minutes of their arrival, according to the LAFD’s Margaret Stewart.
No injuries were reported at the church, which had undergone repairs following the 2015 fire.
