A fire damaged a house in Carson Tuesday, and a man was taken to a hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
Firefighters sent to the 20600 block of Kenwood Avenue about 11:15 a.m. extinguished the flames in 36 minutes, the county fire department reported.
There was no immediate word on the cause of the blaze.
