A man’s body was found Tuesday near an offramp from the northbound Hollywood (101) Freeway in Hollywood, and his death was being investigated as an apparent homicide, police said.
Officers went to the area near the Sunset Boulevard offramp about 8 a.m. on a report of a man on the ground with an apparent head injury, the Los Angeles Police Department reported.
The name of the man, who may have been a transient, was withheld pending notification of his relatives.
No arrests were reported.
