According to police, a vehicle became disabled in a non-injury crash, and a tow truck was sent the scene.
Another vehicle then crashed into the tow truck and kept going, injuring the tow truck driver and a person in the disabled vehicle, Harris said.
The pair suffered unspecified injuries. No description was released of the hit-and-run vehicle. Anyone with information on the case was urged to call police.
