A woman was stabbed to death in Gardena, authorities said Thursday.
The stabbing occurred around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 14500 block of South San Pedro Street, said Deputy Dangelo Robinson of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, which is assisting the Gardena Police Department with the investigation.
The woman was taken to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead, he said.
No information was immediately available about a suspect.
