The sheriff’s department sought the public’s help Tuesday to find three girls who ran away from their foster home in Cudahy.
Eleven-year-old Jasmin Castro, 14-year-old Samantha Castro and 15-year-old Maria Christina Ramirez, were last seen at 5:45 a.m. Monday when they ran away from their foster home in the 5000 block of Elizabeth Street, said Deputy Wally Bracks of the Sheriff’s Information Bureau.
Jasmin and Samantha are sisters and may be headed to Long Beach, while Maria may be headed to El Monte where her mother resides, Bracks said.
Jasmin is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 90 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Samantha is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 3 inches tall, 94 pounds, with blue and gray eyes and brown hair.
Maria is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 144 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
