Two men suspected of robbing a 7-Eleven store in Garden Grove are under arrest Tuesday.

The robbery occurred just before 1 a.m. Monday at 12791 Nelson St., according to Garden Grove Police Department Sgt. Charles Loffler.

The two suspects walked into the store and after the first man was confronted by a clerk about stealing something, the man pulled the item from his pocket and placed it on the counter while the second man pulled a gun on the clerk, Loffler said.

The first suspect then jumped the counter and grabbed an undisclosed amount of cash before both men ran north from the store to Pearl Street, then drove off in a 1990s four-door vehicle.

Police officers arrested the two men Monday night after they stopped the car the suspects were riding in, Loffler said.

The men were identified as Rafael Eloza and Abel Estrada, both of Anaheim.

No one was injured in the robbery.
