Police released a sketch Thursday of the suspect in the sexual assault of a woman in Riverside.
The sexual assault took place between 7-7:30 a.m. Tuesday in the area of Pine and 10th streets, near Mount Rubidoux, according to Riverside police.
The victim told responding officers she had just parked her car when the suspect approached her from behind, asked if she had a cellphone, then sexually assaulted her when she momentarily turned away. Details of the assault were not released by Riverside police.

The suspect then ran away after the attack, the victim told police.
The victim then was able to assist in developing a sketch of the suspect with detectives from the Sexual Assault-Child Abuse Unit, police said.
The suspect was described as a light-skinned man, possibly white, who was in his 30s. He stood about 5 feet 8 inches tall with a thin to medium-sized build and had dark circles under his eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie sweatshirt, according to police.
