An Uber driver suffered a pulled hamstring Sunday while running away from three carjackers who fired shots at him, authorities said.
The carjacking was at 1:40 a.m. in the 6100 block of Century Boulevard, Sgt. Scott Stevens of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Pacific Station said.
The Uber driver was parked behind the Sheraton Hotel when two women and a man got into his gray, 2016 Lexus ES350, Stevens said.
“He asked if they had the ap, they did not have the ap, they fired shots at him,” Stevens said.
