A man was robbed at gunpoint outside an Aliso Viejo condominium complex and a suspect was arrested during a perimeter search, authorities said Monday.
The robbery was reported at 10:36 p.m. Sunday in the area of Heather Ridge Road and Pacific Park Drive, Orange County sheriff’s Lt. Todd Russ said.
“We got a call about a verbal dispute,” Russ said. That evolved into an armed robbery.
“I am not sure about the loss or motive,” he said.
The suspect was located during a perimeter search and a handgun was recovered, Russ said.
