Police and Williams’ family members scheduled a 10 a.m. news conference at the crash site to announce the reward, offered by the city of Los Angeles for help in solving the crime.

Anyone with information on the case was urged to call LAPD South Traffic Division detectives at (323) 421-2500, or the watch commander at (323) 421-2577. Anonymous tips can be submitted to Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-TIPS or at
