A man was wounded Tuesday morning in a shooting in Santa Ana.
Police were called about 2:45 a.m. to the 1300 block of Saint Gertrudes Place and found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound, according to Sgt. S. Gutierrez of the Santa Ana Police Department.
The victim was taken to a hospital in stable condition with non-life threatening injuries, he said.
A videographer at the scene counted at least eight shell casings at the scene.
A detailed description of the suspect was not immediately available.
