A man was stabbed in the back of the head in Baldwin Hills and a suspect was arrested a short time later, authorities said.
The stabbing was reported at 4 p.m. Saturday at Crenshaw Boulevard and Stocker Avenue, Officer Drake Madison of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations Section said.
Police and paramedics found the man at a Jack-in-the-Box restaurant at that location, Madison said.
The man was taken to a hospital for treatment, he said.
A few minutes later, a suspect was spotted on Crenshaw Boulevard at 43rd Street and taken into custody, Madison said.
