No arrests were reported in connection with the West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval, authorities said Thursday.

“Our jail is empty,” said Lt. William Nash of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s West Hollywood Station said.

Last year a few arrests were reported, but an exact number was not immediately available.

Between 150,000 and 200,000 people attended Wednesday’s event on Santa Monica Boulevard, according to the Sheriff’s Department.

The party ended after midnight and crews worked throughout the early morning hours to clean the streets and reopen them to traffic, accomplishing that goal about 5 a.m.
