A 78-year-old South Pasadena man who may be in need of medication was missing Friday.
Edward Ng was last seen at his home about 1 p.m. Thursday and was believed to have taken a ride share service to the area around Los Angeles County Medical Center, according to a statement from the South Pasadena Police Department.
Ng is Asian, 5 feet 4 inches tall and 131 pounds with white hair and brown eyes, police said. He was last seen wearing an unknown color shirt and dress slacks.
He has a cell phone, but it appears to be turned off, the statement said.
He had medical problems and may be in need of medication, police said.
