A 22-year-old woman who has down syndrome and autism and was last seen leaving a hospital in Lancaster was missing Saturday.
Samantha Haff was last seen at 7 p.m. Friday after being discharged from a hospital, but walked away from the location prior to being picked up, according to Deputy Marvin Crowder of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. The name of the hospital was not disclosed.
Haff is white, 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 240 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, Crowder said. She was last seen wearing a blue jacket with stars and black pants.
