A 40-year-old man was killed when his speeding vehicle struck seven parked cars, rolled over and he was ejected in San Pedro, authorities said Monday.
The crash was at 11:50 p.m. at Second Street and Meyler Avenue, Officer P. Argueta of the Los Angeles Police Department’s South Traffic Division.
The man was the only person in any of the crashed vehicles, he said.
The man suffered “massive body and face trauma,” Argueta said. He was taken to Harbor UCLA Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
