A 40-year-old wheelchair bound man who suffers from multiple sclerosis and has difficulty speaking was missing Friday in Downey.
Jose Jorge Flores was last seen at 1 p.m. Thursday in the 7600 block of Imperial Highway, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Flores is Hispanic, 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs between 115 and 130 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes and black and gray beard, the sheriff’s department said. He was last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt and black pants.
