A 67-year-old ex-con with a history of indecent exposure dating back more than two decades in Orange County pleaded not guilty Monday to a felony charge stemming from his latest arrest in Anaheim on Feb. 8.
Glen Montgomery was charged Friday with one felony count of indecent exposure. Details of the Feb. 8 incident were not immediately available from police or prosecutors.
Montgomery was arraigned in the jail courtroom in Santa Ana and is scheduled to return to court on May 7 for a pretrial hearing.
Court records show that Montgomery has pleaded guilty to indecent exposure seven times since 1995. In late December of that year, he also pleaded guilty to assault on a peace officer or firefighter and evading police, both felonies, as well as nine misdemeanor counts each of child annoyance, and was sentenced to three years in prison.
He also admitted indecent exposure charges in 1997, 2000, 2001, 2008, and was sentenced to prison terms ranging from two to four years. And in 2012 and 2015, he pleaded guilty to felony charges of indecent exposure with a prior conviction and child annoyance and was sentenced to three- and two-year terms, respectively.
