A 35-year-old transient suspected of wielding a knife and robbing a business in Stevenson Ranch was in custody Friday, police said.
Holding the knife, Robert Alonso allegedly threatened employees during the Monday robbery in the 25500 block of The Old Road, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Santa Clarita Station.
Deputies from the sheriff’s Crime Impact and Summer Crime Enforcement teams joined forces and, using security video from the business, made the arrest on Thursday, the LASD said.
