An armed man was barricaded inside a home in Northridge Wednesday morning, hours after firing at least one shot, and a SWAT team was trying to get the man to surrender.
Officers responded to a home near the intersection of Roscoe Boulevard and Wilbur Avenue about 10:35 p.m. Tuesday, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The man was suspected of firing at least one shot before police arrived, the LAPD said.
A SWAT team was at the scene. No evacuations were reported.
