Three vehicles collided early Monday morning on the eastbound Ventura (101) Freeway near the Fallbrook Avenue exit, shutting down the slow lane for 30 minutes.
The crash was reported about 2:45 a.m. after residents near the freeway heard the sounds of cars colliding and people screaming, according to the California Highway Patrol.
One of the cars overturned on the freeway and at least one ambulance was sent to the scene to assist with possibly injured victims. No details on injuries were immediately released.
