A man walking across Normandie Avenue in Harbor City was struck by two vehicles and killed, authorities said Monday.
The crash was at 6:13 p.m. Sunday at 255th Street and Normandie Avenue, said Officer Lizeth Lomeli of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations Unit.
The 62-year-old man was walking westbound across Normandie when he was struck by two southbound vehicles, Lomeli said.
Both drivers stopped to render assistance, she said.
Whether the man was crossing outside of a crosswalk was not available, Lomeli said.
