Authorities Tuesday identified a pedestrian who was struck by a car on a Pomona street.
Edward Albano, 65, of Pasadena died at the scene of the collision, which occurred about 12:20 a.m. Monday on Temple Boulevard near the Orange (57) Freeway onramp, according to the coroner’s office and the Pomona Police Department.
The motorist, whose name was not released, remained at the scene and cooperated in the investigation, police said.
