Authorities asked Tuesday morning for the public’s help in locating a missing 83-year-old Rosemead man who is diabetic and has Alzheimer’s.
Yau Lee Lui was last seen at his home in the 7800 block of Emerson Place at 7:45 p.m. Monday, according to Deputy Tracy Koerner of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Lui is Asian, 5 feet 2, 140 pounds with short black and gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a thick dark gray jacket, gray checkered shirt and white and tan pants, Koerner said.
Anyone with information about Lui’s whereabouts was asked to call the Sheriff’s Missing Persons Unit at 323-890-5500.
