Two people were arrested Thursday in Orange County in connection with a homicide investigation, according to an FBI spokeswoman.
Hoang Xuan Le, 38, and Sheila Marie Ritze, 40, were arrested about 5 a.m., according to FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller.
FBI agents and personnel from the U.S. Coast Guard were involved in the homicide investigation, and a warrant was served on Le at the residence in Fountain Valley near Third Street and Talbert Avenue, and Ritze in San Juan Capistrano, according to Eimiller.
Details of the complaint were under seal Thursday morning, but the two suspects were expected to make their initial appearance in federal court in Santa Ana Thursday afternoon, Eimiller said.
