The sheriff’s department Monday circulated a photo of a 68-year-old man last seen Dec. 7 at the corner of Valley Boulevard and Grand Avenue in the city of Walnut.
Jet Roscoe Tanner, who also goes by Roger Smith, is known to frequent locations in both Walnut and Diamond Bar, according to the sheriff’s Missing Persons Unit.
Tanner “is forgetful and gets disoriented,” according to a sheriff’s statement that says his loved ones have not seen or heard from him and are very concerned.
He is described as black, 5 feet 7 inches hall and 140 pounds, with short gray hair and brown eyes. He has a beard and wears glasses and was wearing a blue jacket and a black hat when last seen.
