A body was found Thursday in downtown Los Angeles, but police said foul play was not suspected.
Los Angeles police were called around 6 a.m. about the body near Third and Flower streets. According to a report from the scene, the body was found in a parking garage of the World Trade Center complex.
An LAPD representative said an investigation was continuing, but the death was not considered to be a homicide. Officials from the coroner’s office were also on the scene mid-morning.
