For the second time in two nights, firefighters extinguished a fire inside a vacant home in Canoga Park, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The blaze inside a one-story home at 21055 W. Ingomar St. was reported at 7:24 p.m., fire department spokesman Nicholas Prange said.

LAFD’s vertical ventilation was still in place from Saturday, Prange said.

The department sent 26 firefighters to the scene and extinguished the flames in 16 minutes, Prange continued. No injuries were reported.

The cause of the fires were unknown, but the department dispatched arson investigators to the scene to examine the evidence inside the home, Prange said.
