A man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after allegedly shooting and critically injuring a man over a possible love triangle dispute, police announced Monday.

Oscar Domingo Rodriguez, 23, of Anaheim, allegedly shot a 25-year-old man about 6:45 p.m. Thursday in the 13400 block of Blackbird Street, near Garden Grove Boulevard, in Garden Grove, according to Lt. Carl Whitney of the Garden Grove Police Department.

Police arrested Rodriguez Friday without incident outside a warehouse in Orange where he was working, Whitney said.

A possible motive for the shooting was a love triangle between Rodriguez, the victim and a woman, according to Whitney.

The victim was taken to a hospital in critical condition, but he is expected to survive, Whitney said.
