A marijuana delivery driver was robbed in Irvine and the suspect was on the loose Saturday morning.
Police responded to the intersection of Main Street and Jamboree Road at 9:25 p.m. Friday where the victim said the suspect took money and personal items, according to the Irvine Police Department.
A news photographer at the scene said the victim was called to the location to deliver marijuana to a customer when the driver was robbed of the product at gunpoint. A search of the area by police did not result in an arrest.
